How to Find Us

The Letherhead Institute is located at 67 High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8AH. Just five minutes away from Junction 9 of the M25, we are situated close to Ashtead, Epsom, Fetcham, Cobham and surrounding areas.
Our distinctive red brick Victorian building is directly opposite the ‘T’ junction traffic lights between Leret Way and the Crescent.

Limited parking is available in the LCA car park by prior arrangement only, with priority given to room hirers.

There is usually good availability public parking in the multi-storey Swan Centre car park, a few-minutes short walk along Leret Way.  This is a pay and display carpark owned by Mole Valley Council. You can pay by cash or card at the machines on each level.  You will need to enter your car registration. Parking is FREE during the evenings.

If you require to park for longer than 4-hours, please contact the LCA Office for advice on a special concession.
