From 9th January, Surrey Hills Meditations will be meeting on Thursdays Evenings from 7:30pm to 9pm in the Larkin Room.
The aim of the group is to be an ongoing weekly oasis from the busyness of everyday modern life. It’s a chance to come together with others to be still and quiet and to let all the unnecessary stuff go.
We aim to support you to build and sustain a regular meditation practice. To do this, we give you the opportunity to practice different meditation techniques from various traditions to find the one(s) that work best for you. Not every technique works well for everyone and in the sessions we’ll give you the chance to play with different approaches to see how they resonate with you. You can then take these away into your own personal practice at home.
