Arts Alive- Art History Lectures

Each October Mole Valley Arts Alive festival takes place. This community art festival is comprises of around 80 local events including shows, exhibitions, workshops, dance, creative writing and more. There is something for all ages and abilities.

This year the LCA Art History with A Difference talks are part of the Arts Alive programme. Taking place each Friday from 2-4pm, these stand alone lectures cover a wide array of topics including:

4 October- Van Gogh and his Letters
11 October- Glasgow Boys
18 October- Tate Britain
25 October- John Singer Sargent
1 November- Pre Raphaelites
8 November- Georgia O’Keeffe
15 November- Society Portraits
22 November- Windows in Art
